Oktoberfest 2026: Beer, Brass and Blues

Saturday 3rd October 2026, 12pm to 6pm · Gipsy Hill Station Garden, SE19 1PL (entrance via Sainsbury Road)

A celebration of the Oktoberfest harvest in Gipsy Hill. Join us for an afternoon of Bavarian-inspired food, drink and Oompah entertainment to celebrate the end of summer harvest and welcome in the autumn months. It’s our own mini festival in Gipsy Hill with live music.

On the day:

  • An exclusive beer from Gipsy Hill Brewing Co., with Pimm’s, a G&T and soft drinks also available
  • Food from Gipsy Hill Smokehouse, including traditional Bavarian-style pretzels, hog roast and sausages, and veggie options
  • Live music from Crystal Palace Community Brass and The Mike Panos Band

Your glass is your ticket

This year’s magnificent earthenware steins feature our Margaret Finch (Queen of the Gypsies), locally designed by David Vallade and exclusively made at a factory in Bavaria and shipped over especially for the event. The beer is specially brewed for the event by the Gipsy Hill Brewery.

If this is your first time at our Oktoberfest, or you lost your glass from last year, or you simply want another one, the First Timer tickets include a new stein, half litre pot or pint pot filled with festival beer, Pimm’s, a Gin & Tonic or a soft drink.

If you’ve joined us at a previous Oktoberfest, remember to bring your branded Friends of Gipsy Hill glass back to benefit from the Returner prices.

Don’t forget, your glass is your ticket to get in, and you get to keep it to use at next year’s event. Every ticket includes the entertainment.
