Lamp Post Banner Artwork Competition – Refreshing Gipsy Road Artwork!

Friends of Gipsy Hill have secured funding to continue displaying local artwork on the two lamp post banners at the entrance to Gipsy Road. This has been possible thanks to funding from local businesses Cravo & Canela (selling Brazilian cakes, sweets and savouries), and Manuel’s Italian and Mediterranean restaurant.

We are calling on all local talent (of any age!) with a connection to the area to enter and submit artwork which represents Gipsy Hill as a place to call home. The theme is Our Home, Our Gipsy Hill. Artwork could focus on Gipsy Hill’s unique identity, community, assets, local businesses, or more!

The competition has been extended! It now closes at Midnight on Sunday 10 September 2023. Read on to find out more, including how to enter.
