We did it! With the help of our wonderful, generous community in and around Gipsy Hill, we will not only be bringing a Christmas Tree to Gipsy Hill again this December but also a permanent petanque court to the Gipsy Hill Station Garden in 2026! This wouldn’t have been possible without the pledge of £2420 from Sport England, which we successfully match funded through crowdfunding and sponsorship with an additional £2420. Huge thanks to all of the individuals and local businesses who supported this crowdfund with pledges and sponsorship and, of course, Sport England for the initial pledge.
Help us make some new decorations for the tree!
The Gipsy Hill Community Christmas Tree will be put up on Saturday 29th November, in time for the usual festive joy and performances throughout December. We will be sharing more details on the performances shortly but in the meantime you can join us at the Gipsy Hill Station Garden on Saturday 22nd November to make decorations for the tree. All ages welcome – we will be painting the decorations from 10am-2pm at the Gipsy Hill Station Garden, entrance via Sainsbury Road.
